ISA ENERGIA BRASIL is the leading private company in the Brazilian electric power transmission sector. Through its operations and its subsidiaries and affiliates, the Company operates in 18 Brazilian states (Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Rondônia, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goiás, Tocantins, Maranhão, Piauí, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Alagoas, Espírito Santo and Bahia) and is responsible for approximately 30% of all electricity transmitted through the National Interconnected System (Sistema Interligado Nacional – SIN). The coordination and control of the operation of the Company’s facilities, as well as all power generation and transmission facilities within the SIN, are carried out by the National Electric System Operator (Operador Nacional do Sistema Elétrico – ONS), under the supervision and regulation of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica – ANEEL).
With proprietary assets and through its subsidiaries and affiliates, the Company employs more than 1,700 professionals and operates a robust transmission infrastructure with an installed transformation capacity of 84.9 thousand MVA, comprising approximately 23 thousand km of transmission lines, 32 thousand km of circuits and 137 substations, of which 134 are owned substations.
ISA ENERGIA BRASIL’s shares are listed on B3 S.A. under the Level 1 Corporate Governance segment, traded under the ticker symbols ISAE3 and ISAE4. The Company’s adherence to this segment since 2002 reinforces its commitment to high standards of transparency and corporate governance, facilitating the monitoring of management actions by investors, shareholders and other stakeholders. Committed to the development of Brazil’s energy infrastructure, the Company continuously invests in the maintenance and modernization of its network, directly contributing to the expansion of the national transmission system. Since 2016, the Company has been awarded 19 lots in transmission auctions held by ANEEL, totaling a weighted regulatory investment of R$ 15.7 billion and an estimated increase of approximately R$ 1.909 billion in Annual Allowed Revenue (“AAR”) in the 2026/2027 cycle, after all assets enter into operation.
In addition to auctions, another relevant growth avenue for the Company is investment in reinforcement and improvement projects. In the first half of 2026, investments in reinforcement and improvement projects totaled R$ 815.4 million, reinforcing the Company’s commitment to efficient management, resilience and reliability of the transmission system. In addition to ensuring excellence in service delivery, asset renewal supports a reduction in operating and maintenance costs and increases the efficiency and profitability of operations. Currently, the Company has approximately R$ 7.2 billion to be executed over the coming years. These investments are fundamental to effective asset management, reduction of operating costs, extension of asset life and sustainable value creation, with CapEx remuneration in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.
